Fresh Servant has two business areas: -Fresh Product; Producing and marketing fresh cuts, salads and salad meals -Fresh Wholesale; Importing, purchasing and marketing of whole fruits and vegetables Production and head office is based just outside Pietarsaari in Edsevö, with a sales office just outside Vaasa in Mustasaari. Currently Fresh has over 400 employees. Fresh is supplying to the whole of Finland. Fresh Servant are the fore runners in ready to eat lunch salads, and not only supplying to the big supermarkets chains, but also supplying ready prepared produce to the HoReCa sector.
