2 Multiple hour long planned outages over 3 months, one of which was extended to being about 6 hours. Afterwards you can look forward to the sudden unplanned outages, this in the middle of Espoo. If you need reliable transmission, with acceptable uptimes, move somewhere else.

After CARUNA take over FORTUM's network. They raise the price every year. They charge the transfer fee more than the electricity itself cost. Might be the most expensive network in Finland.
Robs money from Finns through so-called natural monopoly, having no competitors and without any upper limit for their fees, places customers' money in tax havens, attracts foreign investors around the world to invest in this business model while ordinary Finnish income earners suffer very badly financially as they are stuck to Caruna as there are no other options to choose from when it comes to electricity suppliers - beside moving to another country of course, if one wants to get rid off Caruna's shocking overcharges! The population is powerless, can't do anything but pay while happy investors are laughing all the way to the bank #caruna #carunaoy
Terrible, super expensive, a robbery but no choice, only provider in my area. Feeling like an hostage here without stockholm's syndrome.

Miksi ei voi antaa nollaa tähteä ja siinäkin olisi liikaa. siirtomaksut on aivan poskettomia ja nyt kolmatta kertaa sähköt poikki tänä vuonna (eletään elokuuta). Jokaisen kerran on mennyt useita tunteja, että sähköt on saatu takaisin. Enkä edes asu missään keskellä korpea vaan Uudellamaalla. summa summarum rahastus osataan, mutta korjaamista eikä asiakaspalvelua niinkään.
