On January 5, I visited the Espoon Eläinlääkäriasema clinic. Cat, complaints: stumbled upon objects, dilated pupils, suspected loss of eyesight. The cat was diagnosed with chronic renal failure 3 months ago. Also, I had the results of blood tests and ultrasound examinations, that were done 3 months ago, and a certificate of the diagnosis. I showed them to the doctor. After examining the cat's eyes, the doctor concluded that vision would never return and nothing could be done. I said that blindness could be caused by high blood pressure, typical for chronic kidney failure, and asked about the use of medication that lowers blood pressure. The doctor did not measure the cat's blood pressure and did not prescribe medication, saying once again that the cat's eyesight was completely lost. But we still began to give her medicine to lower blood pressure and the next day the cat's eyesight was restored and now she sees and feels much better. The doctor at the Espoon Eläinlääkäriasema Clinic made the wrong diagnosis, failed to provide assistance, and did not recommend treatment.

Very rude staff and very unprofessional. It was the second time that they were rude to me, last time I had no choice but to go to this vet, this time I won’t accept rudeness poor care high prices. I don’t like “customer is always right” phrase, but this time the staff was definitely not right!

Very friendly staff
They have taken great care of both of my dogs several of times. My ten-year-old dog has been operated on two times the past year and because of her age I was very worried. Not only did the operations go very well, they also know how to handle a worried dog owner. Because of their great care I can continue to do agility with both of my dogs and now I have a place I trust to turn to when my dog gets ill.
