Vartija(shop guards) following you around when u r black, and it happened every time i tried to shop there (if it is not the vartijas then it is the cashiers). It is actually the worst place to shop in

Bad Customer Service and Sales people as they are selfish and choosing people. The best customer service or sales is to greet anyone who comes to the shop and as well to smile. One stupid lady I think she was one of the Supervisor she was looking at me so badly like I store from her. She should go to forest to stay not in the city if she is racist. I don't understand why she was so angry on me when I don't know her as I was just a customer. I think they need to get better training starting from the Store Manager, Security Guard and the Saleswomen's. I really hate when I go to any shop and the Security Guards start to follow customers, how can customer be free when a Security guy is behind your back?? I wish they really change and start giving better Customer Service and don't look at someone's face and choose people like they are beautiful more than others. The good Customer Service/Sales person should provide their best skills to everyone.
