Great Nurses and Doctors!!! ️️️ I had a hernia operation in the Fall, 2020, and I actually look forward to my next hernia operation in the Spring, 2021, believe it or not! The surgery went very well: the Doctors and Surgeons were very professional, Nurses and Assisting Personnel very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this Hospital for anyone.

Day surgery dept. are fantastic care givers. The staff is great! from the doctor to the nurse staff, to the office staff. they make me feel at ease. They always make me feel as though they genuinely care about my needs. Thanks to all the staff.

The emergency room is horribly understaffed. Friday-Saturday night only one doctor running the whole ER. Went in around 11pm. Got seen almost immediately by nurse but waiting for doctor to do examination and decision about treatment took around 4 hours. Ended up to laying in observation ward and and got seen and treated by surgeon around 6am. Otherwise the staff is absolutely fantastic considering the rush and pressure they were in. Doctors and nurses are super nice and gentle towards patients. It's such a shame there's a lack of doctors otherwise the experience would be much better.

This has got to be one of the worst phone customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve called this place 3-4 times, picked the language “English” and ALL TIMES they have told me that they don’t speak English. So I had to speak Finnish. Not everyone can explain in Finnish what’s happening properly. If nobody speaks English and there is no English line, why is there such an option?

Do NOT go there! I was there for 10 hours. The amount of patients decreased during that time, but the waiting time just got longer. I was with the same patients waiting there for 10 hours. People are close to tears, hungry and tired. The staff doesn't care about you. In my case the young nurses had private conversations and giggles during the whole treatment, not caring about the patient at all. It feels more like a war zone where patients complain about the waiting time and ask when it's their turn and staff that explains that this is normal and that they don't know when the person will get treatment. Also, there is no communication between the staff. Nobody knows about the workflow of specialists, nurses and doctors. They should introduce a system where every patient gets a queueing number that you can follow on a screen in order to get an idea when it is your turn. There were old people waiting for hours. If you can avoid it, don't go there!!

The wait is very long, and the registration machines almost never work. They also give you confusing instructions on where to go.

privacy is rare these days

Wow! The level of professionalism the staff has is absolutely remarkable!! Another important thing I truly was greatful for was their kind care and patient towards myself and other patients. I came with broken bones from a ski vacation and felt like I'm in the best hands possible I can't express enough how greatful I feel. Thank you
