Fraud. Hell holidays in Greece due to Detur. The Eva Suites's hotel room I booked was a fraud, since the pictures they publish as the \studio oom are completely different from the room I got. I complained to the company and the guide came telling me in my face that all the studios were the same (meaning the cave I got). She lied in my face and they took no further complain about their fraud. First and last time ever with these scammers.

The most horrible customer service on my trip to Cappadocia from Detur. Definitely the last time when I'm their customer. In 2 months they haven't even answered my complaint letter. I would say that it's not normal that the customer servant yells and argues with the customers and then just says that it's a normal way to communicate in Turkey. There are so many things that I'm really dissatisfied with the service of this company.

Todella huonoa asiakaspalvelua peruuntuneiden matkojen rahojen palautuksissa. 7 kuukauteen asian etenemisessä ei ole tapahtunut yhtään mitään. Tuntuisi ettei olisi iso asia edes jollain lailla olla asiakkaisiin yhteyksissä asian etenemisessä. Tietääpähän jatkossa hiukan miettiä mistä matkat varaa
Uusi nyt toimiva sovellus netissä on hankala toimia. Myös siellä on monta eri kieltä sekaisin.
Rahoja odottelen peruuntuneista lomareissuista....toivottavasti ei tarvi pitkänkaavan kautta alkas hakemaan
