The hot food is good, no complaints, but the salad bar is hands down the best I've ever had in a buffet lunch establishment. It's worth going for that alone.

Great little buffet style food with so many options. You can have, soup, soup and salad or full buffet. All hot buffet options are on their website in English and Finnish which was very useful as signs inside are only in Finnish. 11.60 for full buffet lunch was well worth it compared to other prices locally and more centrally. The fact that hundreds of local workers eat here indicates the food must be good and very fresh. I would highly recommend here if you are local and want a good hearty lunch.

Clean and spacious lunchtime restaurant with a good amount of salad, vegetarian options and basic dishes. The chicken filet was a bit dry, and the potatoes were frozen judging from the taste but the soup was delicious. The price is totally worth it though.
Standard food! Not the best price quality ratio! Only good thing is the tuna! Better off going to other places nearby.
A better than average lunch place in Ruoholahti
One of the favorites among people working in Ruoholahti. Great salad bar that can feed even the hungriest. Note that they don't always fill up the salads 30 min before closing.
A great place to have lunch. The salad table is very rich, main course is delicious, salmon cream soup is yummy, and there is a selection of burgers if one cannot find the food for their liking. It's a buffet, gives food coma every time.
