Professional, fast service both on site and by email. The website could be updated to be a little more user-friendly.
While the clerks are nice all in all, they can be disorganized. Also, bear in mind that you can only pick up passports and other documents during half an hour in the afternoon three days a week. When you get the email notification this *will not be stated anywhere*. As most other embassies, needlessly complicated.
I find the people working there very helpful and responsive. If somebody couldn't reach the office, he or she was most probably calling outside the embassy's working hours. Whenever I had a question or an urgent situation, my problems were quickly solved either by phone, email or at the embassy itself. In comparison with Ausländerbehörde in Berlin, this place is a well-organized heaven on earth. Honestly don't understand the complaints left down below.

Vuonna 1516 Baijerin herttua Wilhelm IV sääti Ingolstadtissa oluenvalmistusta koskevan Baijerin Reinheitsgebotin, ”oluen puhtauslain”. Oluenvalmistuksessa sai siitä alkaen käyttää ainoastaan vettä, humalaa ja ohraa. Baijerilaisen oluen huippulaatu perustuu tähän nimenomaiseen säädökseen. Reinheitsgebot on samalla maailman vanhin vielä voimassaoleva elintarvikelaki. Ingolstadtilla on näin ollen tärkeä asema oluen ja oluenpanemisen pitkässä historiassa. Vuonna 2016 vietetään Reinheitsgebotin 500-vuotisjuhlia.
Ei näytä oikein tuo Saksan hallinto toimivan!!! Konsulaatin puhelimet ei toimi. Berliinin veroviraston sähköposti ei toimi....MUTTA maahanmuuttovirastossa on ovet selällään! Berliinin hatanumerosta ei saa palvelua Englanniksi. Maantie poliisi sakottaa uhria ja päästää rikolliset menemään. Hmmm. siellä saatetaan tarvita niitä pakolaisia enemmän kuin yrittäjiä!
