As expatriate staffs representing Morocco, the staffs in the embassy do not have sufficient knowledge in international affairs. They should be better educated or watch more international news. Please beware if want to apply for a VISA, do it at least 3 months before as the process takes very long and they only answer your inquiry via phone not by email.
After stressy byrocratic process, finally everything went well and apparently they even made some exceptions for us, which was nice. But still for some time the communication was very difficult as the phones nor emails were not answered and time was of the essence for us.
Very impressive service.
