I am a tourist coming every summer to Finland and driving a rental car, and every time I get to this place I get a ticket problem... so this time they don't give ticket anymore but just scan your plate number, I thought that was great, they are doing like modern countries, no more paper to print and lose in your pocket, just pay at the gate and leave.... but no... first, they still ask you for a ticket code number to get to the elevator from the street... then you still need to get to the machine to pay before you leave, and therefore you need to know your plate number by heart... I thought I could pay at the gate so I did not care, and when I get to the gate, it opens automatically without asking me to pay, I thought : Great, they offer one hour free (I did not stay long this time) but NO NO NO, they don't, they let you go and then charge your a fee for not paying your parking !!!! what is this ?!?!?!? seriously, finish your project to be a modern parking place and let the people pay at the gate !!!

Easy parking. Easy to find ways out on foot or by car. Good location.
Indoors parking in the heart of Helsinki. Payment machine does NOT accept VISA debit cards, which is ridiculous in 2017
Nice garage, but every time I come here I have to sell a body part just to afford it, and I'm starting to run out of them.
Even though the price is expensive (31 euros a day) it is still cheaper than to pay for 24hours for a parking lot in the city... Plus it is a really big parking with a lot of acces point. And the parking is monitoring.
