Super dirty, no water so we had to buy a cola to drink something, and as other branches they call your name but you cannot hear if you seat outside!!!

Huge disappointment!! Fafa’s is my favorite place to eat but this time the food was terrible, such a mess and greasy. I personally recommend to eat at some other fafa’s restaurant
Love Fafa's and the food and service was good, even the long wait. BUT NO TAP WATER AVAILABLE! That is totally against Fafa's reputation of being sustainable and inclusive place. I do not buy water in a bottle in Finland. Never. Because of plastic. Because I do not have to. Please, change this.
Reasonably priced, healthy and fast food. Great customer service, english speaking. And I'd say THE BEST chicken I have ever eaten.
Most famous falafel in Helsinki. Good taste. Ridicilous high price, Very small amount of food. Service should be more friendly. When i leave and say thank you and bye I expect to be told the same. Maybe even : have a nice day! They were not busy with other customers. The place is usually empty. Wonder why?
