Fully furnished and well equipped, including dish washer, oven, microwave oven, toaster, filter coffee machine & washing machine. The rental house has adequate space and cabinets for two persons for a couple of months. Plus, it is near Kamppi metro station, just one station next to Central train station, making our commute very convenient.

I lived two months here for business and I found it very good. Location is great to walk to Helsinki center but also to reach the very nice places along the sea where to run or bike. It is furnished in a very basic way but good and comfortable and quite clean. I can highly recommend it for a long stay.
Good location and reasonably priced for where it is. Easy check in they just send the code. Poor communication though, tried to contact in advance about luggage storage and did not get response, had to call when we got there which isn't great if Finnish phone number. Also missing towels in room which prompted another call, told there were spares in basement room but could only find bath mats. Other than that the room was clean and modern, only stayed one night but would be good for a few nights stay.
Clean and modern. Close to everything you need including supermarket, eateries, train station (especially important if you are doing day trips to Turku/ Tampere etc). I really liked the fact that laundry and dryer is convenient and free within the building and kitchen is very well stocked. More importantly in winter time the heater is working very very well and you have a laundry rack for you to hang your laundry in your room. Cons: (1) we thought the room smell a little “Indian” upon entering. (2)And we were looking forward to a double bed as booked but turned out to be 2 beds together. Not sure if it’s the culture here not to have double beds(?) but it was slightly disappointing. (3) No toiletries/ laundry powder/ salt & pepper/ cooking oil provided so if you wanna cook you have to buy from scratch...
Don't come here if you don't have local phone number because there have no staff here so you have to call them for everything. The instructions are not clear, you can't find which floor your room is, unless you walk through every floor. The staff are lazy. They did not clear the food in the kitchen of the last customer. There are some fuxking potatos in my kitchen! I tried to complain to the hotline. But there is no apology or compensation made. Only said there will be calls from office later, but that was a lie. No call to me afterwards. Never come again.
Strangely arranged place. Everything is new yet it's still a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom door wouldn't open because the bed is blocking it. Nothing edible in the kitchen so you'll need to bring your salt with you. Internet was also misbehaving for a couple of nights. We had a bit of trouble reaching the reception to ask for the luggage room code. If you don't mind all that- it's clean and centric.
Clean, modern, close to everything!!! Great playground onsite for the kids; an even larger one a half block away. Easy access to transit, trails, shopping, sites, grocery stores and pharmacies. Stayed in a one bedroom with partner and 6 year old. Used bedding from crib cot to make floor bed for the little - No 2 bedrooms were available during our stay (couch bed not comfortable) but we had plenty of space. Nice to have dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. Nice HD t.v. Has usb port for Roku and Chromecast. Couch a little uncomfortable after walking around Helsinki all day; used extra bedding to add cushion. Had a hair dryer and some dishwashing tablets. Only ask is would have loved some blackout curtains in bedroom. Will stay there again and would recommend.
