Worst pictures ever, bad lighting, bad distance, less than amateurs. Stay away
It is a little bit slow: I wanted to get a passport photo of me and it took around half an hour. Apparently, the computer and the printer was not working properly. Moreover, I found it a little expensive: 15,90 for getting the digital photo and 4 in addition to get the printed. Nevertheless, I think is a good place to find souvenirs and buy postcard, they have the most beautiful ones I've seen until the moment!
Great service and price! Went to get photos for a residence permit/police ID, and got straight in and out in less than 5 mins, got the confirmation of the database getting the photos a few mins after. The clerk was really friendly, helpful, and professional. (Not to mention the service was, according to my research, about 7 euros cheaper than the other photo place in the station) Highly recommend for ID and passport photos!
I took photo for Poliisi ID and the Poliisi rejected the photo stating bad quality. When taking photo I did tell it is for Poliisi. Later when I went to shop they did accept the quality was bad and told we cannot return money but can take new photo. But since I had only one appointment I had to take photo in the Poliisi and there is no point to take new photo and I wanted the money back. However they didn’t accept for money back. Because of their bad quality photo I lost money. Never visiting the shop again!!!

Terrible service! The dude is a racist! He didn't want to print my paper in the format. He printed it in the wrong one while I was telling him to stop. When I said I would not pay for something that I don't need since it's wrong he wouldn't return my USB. He then started to parody me because I have a Russian accent. Such a disappointment :(
Kävin otattamassa passikuvan, joka ei kuitenkaan kelvannut passia varten, koska kuvan laatu oli huono. Jouduin otattamaan passikuvan muualla, eli jouduin maksamaan kuvista kahdesti. Yritin saada rahoja takaisin Fotofonelta, mutta liikkeen edustaja ei vastannut viesteihini mitään moneen kuukauteen. Kun lopulta kerroin pian olevani yhteydessä kuluttajansuojaviranomaisiin, sain viimein töykeitä vastauksia, joissa epäiltiin etten ole rehellinen ostamastani tuotteesta. En ole koskaan saanut näin huonoa palvelua. Arvostelujen perusteella muillakin on ollut samanlaisia kokemuksia tässä liikkeessä. Tämä ei todellakaan ole hyvä tapa hoitaa asiakaspalveluyritystä. En suosittele.
