The worst experience I ever had with any customer service. Very rude, not professional at all and they do not do their job. I returned to Greece only to find out that some of the papers that I gave to the embassy to be handled where not even sent back to greece and I have lots of legal trouble. If I could give a minus star I would give it.

Before calling I saw the bad reputation but in my case it was different. The girl who answered the call was very kind.
If you get through to the right person you are handled with politeness. There are some in the personnel who rudely pose their own restrictions first and only then consider what the person requesting their service is asking. Those folks make the interaction feel like a public service in Greece in the 90s
