IPMA Young Crew Finland (YC) is a network for young project managers and young leaders whose work or working environment relates to projects. This network is equally for project management students, project managers who are already in the working life and for those who are interested in project management and leadership in general. If you are a project-management or leadership student, or if you are interested in working with projects in the future, you are welcomed to join our YC activities. IPMA Young Crew Finland is a community that gathers together both professionals from the project field and people who are generally interested in projects. Via YC, you have the chance to learn more about planning, leading and managing projects, and the chance to share your experiences and challenges with like-minded people. The main purpose of IPMA Young Crew Finland is to help, network, share information and inspire young project professionals. Everyone between circa 20-35 years of age can join our activities as a member in Finland. YC works under the Project Management Association Finland, but it is responsible for its own activities and development. YC is also a part of the international umbrella organization IPMA Young Crew (IPMA = International Project Management Association).
