Completly useless, callback service doesn't work. We called multiple times about the child allergies but we never even got to speak to the doctor. Best thing you can do in Finland is to get private health insurance, these types of health station are a complete waste of time.

I had an appointment with a physiotherapist and had a very good experience. She took 45 min to ask me lots of questions, investigated my spine, and gave me tons of recommendations, exercises and helpful stuff. Very good service!

No way to set appointment! I was calling Monday they call me back at 14:30 to tell me there is no free hours today you should call in the day that you want to visit us from half our I tried and nobody answer the phone !

Dont go to this place, you will not get treated. no matter whats your problem, they will not help you. you will wait atleast 2hours and you won't get a solution to your problem.

Easy scheduling, high-quality facility, and very professional staff. I saw the doctor within 10 minutes of the appointment time and had a reasonable wait for lab work. English-language service is great and much appreciated.

THEY DON'T CALL BACK I have called, the registered voice told me that they would call me back, they never did. WAITING LIST MEANINGLESS You get a number but it's not in 'numerological' order. So in principle you don't know at all when your turn comes and you can't follow up the list. There will be displayed just the already called numbers, which may be even bigger numbers than you have. FREE SERVICES Lucky there are many free services, such as STD tests. They are fast and easy to do. EFFICIENT, BUT MAYBE TOO FAST Finally, you definitely manage to get assisted, you will het cures or advise. But sometimes it seems that they want to get you out of there as soon as possible. Even though I am totally agree with 'self-healing' and let the nature do its course, it would be appreciated if the doctors (and paramedics) would give some more explanation to patients.

Very bright, beautiful building. They have a newly build system, so it is better to give some time to settle it a bit. Laboratory works very well, staff are kindly, and the place is clean. The only thing i am not happy with it that at the 3rd floor %80 of the staff can not speak english. The missing star is because of that because i am not pleasant after waiting 20 minutes in a line and other 10 minutes to find a person who can help me in english.
