Poor service. Opened after scheduled time of 11am. Then took my key and made me wait more than 15 mins whilst he was on the phone. Grumbled when I asked when key will be ready. Mistakenly charged me 7210E to cut the key - input error on the machine - and then charged 20.90E when I pointed out the mistake. And this was for a bike lock key. Too expensive. Will not return. UPDATE: Just got home to test the key. It works but it’s sticky - it was not cleanly cut. So I must add sloppy work to the list of issues.
Great work. Speedy service. Fair prices. Can't praise them too high. They leave no room for complaint.

The place does not even deserve a star. Called their local number which is 3 per minute only to have the guy who received my call drop the conversation. I was charged with 6 for an empty information not even a response saying that nothing was returned. The guy was rude and impolite and does not deserve working in the service industry unless this is what their company's vision and objective. It would be much better if the police handles the lost and found services.
Repaired (re-soles) two pairs of my shoes. Both of them started to break again after less than 2 weeks.

Luistinten teroitus Antaisin negatiivisen arvosanan jos voisin. Tarina alla. Hinta 60 % enemmän kuin naapurissa, palvelu hyvin epämääräistä, hakuaikaa ei osattu arvioida ollenkaan ja hukkasivat teränsuojat. Korvaus tästä oli mahdollisuus tulla hakemaan heiltä joskus uudet, kun he ovat niitä saaneet. Jäi kaikin puolin paha maku suuhun. Päivitys. Sain uudet teränsuojat myöhemmin. Valitettavasti se pääasia, eli terien teroitus osoittautui täydeksi farssiksi. Terästä oli tehty täysin tasainen, eli siinä ei ollut ollenkaan uraa. Niille, jotka eivät tiedä millainen luistimen terä on, uraton terä on täysin käyttökelvoton. Jouduin viemään luistimet välittömästi teroitettavaksi muualle, missä tietävät edes vähän mitä tekevät.
