Worst place ever.... DO NOT CUT YOUR HAIR HERE!!!! The woman cutting my hair showed no interest towards my preferences, and the lack of communication just made the whole experience awful. She was coloring another clients hair at the same time, and told me she would give me a quick haircut. Well... the end result was a COMPLETE disaster, resulting in a completely different hairstyle that I explained I wanted. The way she cut my hair made it very asymmetrical, she didn't put any effort in it, and during the haircut she was trying to convince me it looked good. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE... Overprices, horrible staff, and horrible haircuts (my friend also confirmed this)

I have visited twice actually for a student barber, he did great job both times. It is a nice clean place on the second floor of itis mall.
I am really upset from the treatment I got by the Salon Reza in Itäkeskus. I went to cut my hair, just to trim the bangs and make it a little shorter on the back. The hairstylist made a total disaster. Cut one side shorter than the other ( herself said “oh my god, what happened” ) and then needed to cut my hair so short to fix the damage. I got upset and then she blamed it on me to the owner, saying that I wanted it short, even though I showed her a picture and I clearly stated from the beginning that I didnt want the length to be changed. In the end, they gave a mere 5 discount, over a total unwanted and not symmetrical haircut. For 35. The owner was terribly rude: he didn’t apologise for the mistake and the bad haircut, and was trying to convince me that the haircut was ok and refused to fix my haircut, leaving me to the care of a woman that seems to be only professional person in the shop. She tried her best to fix the disastrous haircut that her colleague made, but there is not alot she could do over it. Mistakes are possible to happen , but the arrogance from the owner was unacceptable. I have been all evening depressed because of this horrendous haircut. It’s so ugly, very short, and it doesn’t fit me at all. And mostly, I felt so hurt and offended by the owner’s treatment. I wish I could ask for my money back.
Laitoin ripsenpidennykset oli liimattu luomeen ja ihan järkyttävät. Sattu aivan helvetisti ja s-postiin ei ees vastata kun laitoin viestiä.
En suosittele tätä paikkaa enään kenellekään. 35 euroa kun sokea leikkaa. On se kun ei osaa leikata suoraan . En astu enään ikinä tohon paikkaan. Etsi kuva niin näet mitä jälkeä leikataan. Eipä taida olla alan osaajia.
Aina saanut taitavan hiustenleikkuun kohtuuhintaan ja ystävällisesti.
Pääsin ilman ajanvarausta ja Haza teki loistotyötä, menen toistenkin
Paremmaksi ei hiustenhoitoa eli pesua ja leikkausta voi saada! Tinan parturointi teki minut komeammaksi kuin olenkaan. Tina on mahdottoman hyvä ammattilainen ja hyvin palveluhenkinen ihminen! Hämmästyin, tulin iloiseksi käynnin aikana ja olen sitä edelleen!
