Puotila's local barber shop at the Puotila Mall. I had an extremely bad hairday, one that I had cultivating for over a month. Walked into to the shop and in ten seconds I was in the chair. No chitchat about, when did you last wash your hair or, what color skittles you like. I think I was out of the chair in 15 minutes looking 575 and ready to take on the world. Definitely going again.

The owner takes pride in his work. He listens to the client, but can also suggest what would work for him/her. I haven't looked elsewhere after finding the place.
