I would like to write a note of appreciation for the kindness, great customer service, and great quality. I came in to get my prescription updated, and then this studio helped me get new glasses for my existing glass frames. The shopkeeper was very polite, patient, and accommodated me. I noticed this place after moving to the area. Its catchy name, quaint design visible from outside, and proximity to my apartment caught my interest. After some thought, I decided to get my prescription updated there, which was done very fast, and ordering and placement of glasses was also done quickly and at a very affordable price. My husband then also decided to update his prescription there. We came with our baby, and it was never a problem. I appreciate the design, the artsy interior, the aquarium. Thank you very much!

Parkkeerasin liikennelain mukaisesti skootterini liikkeen eteen ja Silmälasistudion omistaja tuli täysin asiattomasti, epäkohteliaalla ja uhkaavalla tyylillä valittamaan parkkeerauksesta. Jäi todella huono fiilis yrityksestä, enkä tämän tapauksen vuoksi suosittelisi liikettä muillekaan.
Todella osaava ja rehellinen asiakaspalvelu! Paljon uniikkikehyksiä. Jotain muuta kuin ketjuliikkeet.
