Very good services and thrusty workers.
I have had terrible experience with them!!! If there would only be less stars than just one! id give them -1000 at least! They completely destroyed our new houses walls and floors, a 1000 mattress. Despite us wrapping everything carefully, even used more and better wrapping materials than they came with, they still somehow managed to drag the mattress on a stony floor making holes through the wrap and through the mattress. They left the protective floor roll paper (we bought from them!!!!) in the old house so I couldn’t protect our oak floors from all the dirt and stones they were bringing in with their shoes. Apparently I was responsible for protecting the floor but how if they don’t even bring the paper I ordered from them?!!! I won’t even mention the whole process of them trying to get the sofa up the stairs without realizing they are supposed to remove the legs first hence scratching the whole wall!!!! The fact that they asked me afterwards if they can somehow compensate us for all the damage and then do not reply to my compensation proposal for over a week is just a top of the ice berg. If your material positions are of value to you DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! If you don’t give a damn about your house and your furniture, then they are your best choice!
These guys were good and fast, nothing got ruined and the whole moving was over in 2 hours.

Epäammattimaisinta ja stressaavinta muuttopalvelua koko markkinoilla. Tavaroitani ei käsitelty huolellisesti tai varoen alkuunkaan. Tavaraa meni näin ollen myös rikki – paljon. Asiakaspalvelusta ei vastata meileihin ja puhelimitse kiinni saa vain kujalla olevia ihmisiä. Sain odottaa kuukauden ennen kuin kuulin heistä edes jotain epämääräistä. En voi suositella tätä kyllä yhtään kenellekään. Aivan kamala kokemus.
Yritin käyttää yrityksen palveluja. Varasin muuton tiukalla aikataululla, yrityksestä se varmistettiin, mutta kyseisenä päivänä ei muuttajia ja autoa tullut Ei mitään pahoittelut, selitystä eikä vastausta ihmettelevään meiliini. Aivan naurettava lafka!
