I have submitted my visa application and looking an appointment to provide my docs and biometrics, no dates are available throughout the year 2020! I contacted via feedback form and got the reply \keep monitoring for new appointment slot\ I am keeping monitor at all times but there no slot appears. Opening dates have not updates at their address page. It still showing September 7-8, 2020. Could you please someone tell me are they really have any appointments dates or it is totally locked! I tried with additional services but results are same.

Have to say the service used to be good. But I am disappointed that neither their website is up to date (still showing open time is 7,8 September?) and nor do they have a contact number. No booking slots available and no useful information can be provided by the online feedback form, although it says online that TLS is taking new appointments?

I have just submitted my application and upon trying to book an appointments no dates show until 2021! Is this an error? Also, no phone number or email for contact purposes? I had to literally look for the feedback form. It’s almost as if you don’t want anyone to reach you. This is crazy. I will have to go to your office tomorrow just to ask about the appointments. This is so annoying. Please provide a phone number or something. There are no opening hours on google maps either.

I dont know why TLScontact get 4.1 rating. I did all application procedures and payment also. Then I faced many difficulties while booking appointment. Everywhere it needs money. And there is no contact number even an email address. Ridiculous

I have been monitoring the website for about a week now and there is no news to avail. Tls stated they work every Thursday fortnightly on Wednesday but they didn’t show up as 23.9 marks. Please kindly give us an update because I’m worried and don’t know what to do. When you call meeting park, the response is tls has not confirm when they are coming.

Could you tell me how can I contact you on you website? I think thats not fair that in coronavirus time here is no was for communication with you unless feedback, but I havent submitted application. I just wanted to clarify when you center will be opened. And there is no way asking you. It is very frustrating!!!!!!!

Excellent Service! There is, however, some short comings in terms of submitting copies of the required documents such as old passports; which is not shown online as a requirement to do so. I had to go some where to copy visas of my old passports which took my time. I recommend to put the information online so that applicants will come with all required documents. I generally enjoyed your excellent service and I would like to thank you for that. AB
