TUI has very unclear trip cancellation policy and is cheating on clients making them believe that you can cancel your trip anytime without a cost (otherwise than some office fee) 45 days prior the trip date. Our case was so that we booked trip to Istanbul, but we now needed to cancel it some 50 days in advance. In our contract it says in the main body text that the trip can be cancelled with full refund 45 days prior, but when we tried to do so it turned out that we lost all 600 that we pre-paid. It turned out that our tip was an exception form the general cancellation rules and it was written somewhere in the small text. WHY DO NOT YOU STATE THIS CLEARLY IN THE PARTICULAR TRIP CONTRACT CONDITIONS? SO THAT THE CLIENT CAN UNDERSTAND THAT EASILY WHEN BOOKING THE TRIP ? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! What is more you cannot do the cancellation via internet, but you have to call TUI and they do not pick up the phone and you have to pay for the call to customer service ! WHAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THIS ?

Worst airlines ever. They don't even give water on board. The staff is unprofessional. They tried to convince us there was something wrong with our visas (it was not their business at all), actually everything was ok.

Asiakaspalvelua on lähestulkoon mahdoton saada tavoitettua aikana, jolloin tarve on suurin. Käytössä vain puhelinpalvelu (suurta jonotusmaksua vastaan) ja Facebook-sivu. Ei näin TUI.
