Thank You for Your replay. Im glad that Your vision is socially responsible business managing and I totally agree, that rules are created to follow. Unfortunately, my key point was, how Your staff managed this. I don't think so, that screaming over half park, young Girl, as Your employee, in this situation was right way to handle this. First of all, this is rude, second of all, You should try to teach staff how guide visitors and not blame and shame them loudly and last, there is huge difference between willingly braking rules and accidental mistake. Staff has to learn to be flexible according to situation. After all, first employees, who customer meets, leaves the strongest impression. Thanks for effort to figure out what was the case. Extremely unpleasant stuff, employee was screaming when we got accused about braking rules which they just showed with finger and never represented them. Overall instead of kicking out people for minor things, they should guide them what is allowed and what is not. Bad customer service. Place is old and dirty. Trashes was laying in middle of National Park.

Really nice place i recommend going with your friends i am 100% sure that you will have fun
On summer time you can meet the challenges high above the ground, hanging on the ropes and wabble on the platforms, safely though. On winter the funniest thing you can do is to use the several sledding hills nearby, one of them is a former ski jump slope. And always, of course, swimming baths and sauna awaits you at the end, just couple hundred meters away.
Nice climbing courses at different levels. Plenty of fun.
