Future Savo - programme to increase attractiveness of North Savo region as business environment Predictions for the growth of business in the Northern Savo region are extremely positive. Turnover and profitability of companies continues to grow and the positive trend for new investments and development activities foresee future growth. Now is the time to start looking for new employees outside our region and outside the borders of Finland with new activities in order to be able to respond to this growing demand. Key targets of the programme are to improve the availability of skilled workforce and to ensure the competitiviness of companies in Northern Savo. The programme is funded by Regional Council of Northern Savo, European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Finnish State and the regional communes. --- Future Savo - Tulevaisuuden Savo yritysten kiinnostavana toimintaympäristönä -maakunnallinen vetovoimahanke. Maakunnallinen kehittämishanke, jonka tavoitteena on edistää Pohjois-Savon vetovoimaa monipuolisesti. Hankkeessa parannetaan alueen työvoiman saatavuutta, arjen sujuvuutta ja asukkaiden sitoutumista alueeseen. Hankkeen myötä Pohjois-Savosta tehdään maakuntaohjelman tavoitteen mukaisesti halutuin elämisen ympäristö. Hankkeen päätoteuttajana toimii Iisalmen kaupunki ja osatoteuttajina Kuopion kaupunki, Kehitysyhtiö Savogrow Oy sekä Navitas Kehitys Oy. Hankkeen toteutusaika: 1.4.2018 - 31.12.2020 Hankkeen rahoitus: Pohjois-Savon Liitto, Euroopan aluekehitysrahasto (EAKR), valtio ja seuturaha.
