Very lovely, very beautiful. Under some much needed construction and renovation. Interiors of the main building is well preserved with many of original furniture. I recommend you reserve 1,5 hours to explore the buildings and the forest path and the garden.

Finland most popular home museum is the one of family Sibelius. It also highlights the importance of his wife Aino to his life and career, as well as her wisdom and knowledge, and eye for things.

Wonderful museum at the home of Sibelius. Beautiful gardens. Worth the trip from Helsinki even if you are not into classical music.
