The worst customer service. I tried to book some horse riding lessons from Aino. I had the number which I took from the website. No answer at all, the phone was off. I texted as well as it was written on the website that you can also text or use WhatsApp. I get no answer to this either. After many days I email them asking politely where could I get more info about the riding lessons. No answer to my email either. After a few days I get a text saying there's no classes for people who need basics. That's all? Would have been nice to talk to someone there who could have marketed other classes. I have many years experience in riding but I just need some help to get me back on the horse after some years. I have read from the news paper that things are not going well with Ratsastuskeskus Aino. Now I know, some sort of customer service and maybe sales/marketing person would help their business a lot.

High-end riding centre, cafeteria on premises. Riding competions.
Awesome facilities. Only bad thing is that there is nowhere to sit when you accompany someone who paid a private class in the summer.

From a visitors (and\u200b a photographers) point of view the place could not be more pleasant! New and clean facilities, warm arena with good lighting and a cafeteria/restaurant adjoined to the arena... Will definitely visit again.
