I don't really know too much about the customer service, I didn't buy any knives from this store but it had a big collection of knives, sharpening tools, and all sortd of different blades. I had fun looking through all of them. The also had a collection of helle knives which are very very pretty! Probably worth a visit if you're into knives.

I ordered a Tojiro branded knife and a replacement handle for it at the same time. The description of the Tojiro handle was that it was suitable for 240mm blades. When the handle arrived it was far too small. I asked for a refund of the handle and said I would post back if they covered p&p and they refused to do so. They said that because the handle length was listed on the website that it should have been clear it would not fit. I did not have my knife when ordering, only had their description, which clearly stated it would fit 240mm knives. This was my first experience with mygoodknife and I am extremely unhappy with the service. The postage took a while to the UK too. I ordered at 11:19 on a Weds and received the knife the following week on Thursday.
Very good shop and very nice customer service. I have bought three items so far and they do very well.

Один из любимых магазинов в Лаппенранте, купить можно нож на любой вкус. Выбор огромный, а Вика, хозяйка, расскажет историю любого ножа. Очень интересно. Купила у ребят несколько ножей себе и в подарок.
Магазин не большой но с хорошим ассортиментом товара, есть из чего выбрать. Естественно без покупки не ушёл, купил нож от марттиини, персонал дружелюбный и очень внимательный к покупателям. По незнанию зашёл перед закрытием магазина, девушки дождались когда я выберу нож и только потом закрывали магазин. Спасибо вам, любви и процветания.
