My experience with this business is horrible. Have no clue how it has this high rating. Rooms were booked but not prepared, no heating and worst of all we didnt get what we booked, two separate rooms with separate bathrooms. When we left because my room had no bathroom, I was asked "why do you need a bathroom?" :)
