The Santa in Santa’s Office is much better. This is a rip-off to target tourists who don’t know better. The photo is 40. You will have to wait in line and tour groups can pay more money to skip to the front of the line making you wait longer. This is a waste of time. They have a short history of Christmas traditions around the world, however the dolls/mannequins in the exhibits are a bit creepy. The Santa’s Office programme is more thought out and an authentic Santa experience. It’s less cheesy. Their photo is only 32 and they also have an option to purchase a video of your meeting with Santa. They will give you a meeting time so you don’t have to wait in as long of a line (there will still be a short wait).

Beware of “unofficial” Santa! The official Santa is actually located at the Santa Claus Office. The Santa here is not the official one! Don’t get scammed, go to the Santa Claus Office in the middle of the park!
Fun place to visit the santa and take a picture with him! You can send postcards and do some nice shopping!
