We got Room no.20 located on level 4. It was beautifully decorated. Fully equipped with a kitchenette and washing machine. Came with a small sauna in the toilet. Living room was spacious! Im impressed. Of course it was not cheap during the xmas season. A 10mins walk to the centre.

A great, newly renovated little apartment with a nice cafe as the entrance to the rooms. Air con, and a cooler/heater made a difference since it was exceptionally hot summer time. Location 1km from centre.
A small and friendly Hotel
On the first floor there is a mini hotel with 6 rooms. On the floors above there are apartment type apartments. Clean, everything is new. Of the minuses - if you live on the ground floor, you can only hope for breakfast. At other times, food does not work out.

The accomodations were excellent. Really enjoyed the private sauna in each unit. Beds were very comfortable. Not sure whose fault it was that our room got double booked, but Crystal Suites fit us in though it did require changing rooms midstay, which was a hassle. Wifi was very weak in the first room, basically unusable except in the bathroom or next to the front door. The second room had excellent wifi until it went out completely and the manager couldn't figure out how to fix it. Fortunately I had an EU SIM card with 20 GB of data from Orange, and set up a hot spot for my friend and laptop to access the internet too. The property is easy walking distance to many fine restaurants, which is good because there is no parking anywhere in this city. Do not rent a car if you visit Rovaniemi. The local authorities have abdicated on their responsibility to provide basic infrastructure like parking spaces, and then aggressively enforce their ridiculous and incomprehensible parking rules. Near as I can tell you cannot legally park anywhere from 8:00 to 18:00 for longer than 2 to 3 hours here without getting a 50 euro fine. Clearly that is not going to work. Luckily there are a handful of spots you can park on the street around the corner, and I just left the rental car there the entire time for fear I would lose the spot if I used the car. A taxi would have been much cheaper.
