Friendly staff and good service. My bike broke down, but just a call to them and they brought me a new bike right where I was in 15 minutes. Prices are affordable, in clothes, gear and renting. I've tried many of the local renting services over the years and this is hands down the best of them. Going to stay as a loyal customer from now on after testing all the other places. Tip: Rent your gear/bike in advance!

Excellent service and good prices for rental equipment in Levi center. Tried their e-fatbikes (helkama), crosscountry skis and snowshoes and they were all new and in mint condition. The staff was friendly and gave very good advice of what to do in Levi for our holiday.

Perfect place for renting ski equipment, especially when traveling with TimeTravels, because you can get a discount. Shop keepers are really friendly and helpful to beginners.
Excellent customer service. We rented snow shoes for a big group of us. They made a small mistake with one of our rentals, the snow shoes were inadvertently mismatched. Not a huge issue but it did make it a little hard for my Dad to walk in and we were 5km away by the we noticed what the challenge was. After our hike we mentioned to the owner that Dad had a tougher time of it than the rest of us. Without any further prompting the owner tore up the rental agreement and waived the entire fees for our whole group of 5. We were all blown away, best customer service we've experienced in a long time. We also rented all our skis there and the equipment was top notch. Comfortable and in great shape. Really awesome store, highly recommended.
