The hospital is not very patient friendly and does not provide modern healthcare. I suggest to go to a different hospital. Maybe for Finland it is a good hospital but not on international standards.

Yes, the waiting line can be long, but once you get in you are very well and eficiently treated. Many thanks to the nicest and professional nurses and doctors I have ever met in my life.
Professional doctors and nurses, but the communication between patient should be more open. Nurses seem to know nothing when they are asked for more information which is very nerve-cracking since you have no idea what is going on. Waiting times can be long, but it's a hospital so that is normal. A lot of people in the waiting room that don't belong there which makes the waiting even longer. Cafeteria would be good addition near waiting area, but the vending machines offer great waiting snacks as well. Construction areas make driving on the area a little confusing at first, but you get used to it fast.
Good doctors and friendly nurses will always be there but very rarely you are to deal with someone who doesn't speak English.
Im Pregnant an have been waiting 5hrs with a bad back an stickness and there is only 1 doctor this is pathetic an still waiting. ! very bad an not happy UK hospital's are quicker than this exp if you are pregnant .!
