DHL Finland somehow functions, but without any guarantees for the quality of their services. Late deliveries or wrong destination deliveries is a common thing. Perhaps the worst part is - DHL never takes any responsibilities for poor service. So, take it or leave it. But if you do, at your own risk.

I have never had a good experience with DHL in Finland, I will make sure all my friends know about this so that maybe they will improve their service. Automatic services (Online and text) never reach them, so I have to call every time to sort out thier problems. Also one time I recieved the goodx after they went off, because they were way past the agreed time.
I work here and I do a pretty good job! Logically this logistics service provider gets 5 stars.
DHL sends a message where you can change your method of delivery, however couriers completely ignore these requests. Pathetic customer support disregard inquiries with general 'we are sorry, must have been frustrating' answers. Wish more web shops would let me choose and/or specify delivery company so that I as a consumer could choose not to do business with the ones who use DHL.
Terrible service. Incompetent employees, Extremely inadequate delivery of the shipment. A few years ago I had the same problems with DHL Finland. I do not recommend !!!
horrible services, probably the worst I have ever had from any company ever. The parcels did not arrive on time (even if I pay hundreds of euros for an express service), the couriers ignore the specifications I gave for the delivery, and one of the parcels (destination Helsinki) ended up in the United States. I will never hire them again. i strongly suggest you to do the same.

Magazynier szybko rozładował, czekałem aż zacznie pracę dosłownie 3 minuty od postawienia się pod rampe. Pan w biurze odmawia podpisania dokumentów. Szybko i sprawnie jedyny minus to biuro.
