Went to F-musiikki, Vanta on Saturday for a repair/maintanance of my old ukulele and to purchase a new one. Had to wait for half an hour to be able to receive a service, perhaps due to lack of staff during the weekend. Finally got what I was searching for and I'm also satisfied with all the useful information provided by the staff. They are really competent and very friendly. Good selection of products, good customer service and great offer!

Nice selection of instruments but the staff was really bad. I spent maybe 15 minutes browsing and no staff member ever approached me to ask if they could help with something, nor did I see any staff members near the guitar section at any point. And when I finally just went over and got what I needed (drumsticks), I walked to the register and stood there for a good minute before anyone came to handle the transaction. For a moment I thought about just walking out because I felt like seeing whether anyone would actually care enough to stop me.... Obviously I just waited until someone came, bought the drumsticks and left. Never going back because of the unenthusiastic staff.

Kielisoitinverstas provided a top notch service once again. I had multiple issues with my p-bass and everything got fixed while I was waiting. The staff was super nice too.
