In COVID - 19 times, the Finnair finances is first and health second, most have changed the rebooking rules. Finnair use old style, difficult to rebook late. Stiff as sticks, if you want to rebook because you are ill, call the insurance company, just like before COVID-19

LOST MY LUGGAGE FROM HELSINKI TO BUDAPEST LAST WEEK! I was on a business trip and was unlucky to buy a ticket with a checked-in luggage and checked it in with FINNAIR. I came to Budapest for three days for s BUSINESS presentation, and they simply lost my luggage. I came to the office with no charger, no business laptop, no presentation materials, no clothes and no cosmetics. AVOID TRAVELLING WITH THEM IF YOU ARE ON A BUSINESS TRIP. The luggage was delivered at 16h00 after two days, when I did not need it anymore as for two days I had to manage in a completely unknown city in the same clothes and with no cosmetics.

This is unacceptable, you have lost my luggage, no one tell me nothing. I'm in a country that I don't know without my personal stuff. I'm trying contacting finnair over an over again unsuccessful, no one awnser. I'm so upsad. I want an awnser now, right now. I have never seen a so incompetent company. Miserable experience

Very cheap, at first. Yet, I witnessed Finnair trap foreigners and extort cash from them, under threat of cancelling their tickets and forcing them to spend thousands of Euros just to go home. Very sad to see such unprofessional behaviour by a well known carrier.
