Bought a car with 30.000km in GT - Auto Vantaa. The seller wasn’t willing to negotiate about price reduction even by 500. After signing everything and being given the keys to the car I noticed there was no winter tires on the car’s boot as I had assumed. When I asked I was told that it’s a German car and they don’t have winter tyres in Germany. So the car came without winter tyres. I felt very frustrated and conned but it was partly my fault since I didn’t check about winter tyres at first and only assumed. After about 4 months, I had a problem with the fuel sensor. Luckily the car manufacturer decided to send another one and I was fixed for free. After about an year since I bought the car, I had a fault for audio control that required fixing and was really expensive (about 1500). I informs Gt Auto and they said they are willing to contribute about 150-200 in helping to fix the problem. I wanted at least minimum 50%. I refused the offer of 150 and contacted Consumer Advisor(KKV). The car seller (Gt Auto) didn’t want to respond to the Consumer Advisor’s email for about 1 month and after some back and forth they refused to completely co-operate with Consumer Advisor. This whole process took about 3 months which was very frustrating. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ANY CAR FROM GT - AUTO (Vantaa). Don’t buy a car there because they aren’t willing to cooperate when an issue occurs in the car yet the buyer is protected by consumer laws in Finland.

Täysi huijariliike! Myyjä valehteli Hyundai i20:n (JIY-790)todellisen kunnon puhelimessa ja sai houkuteltua maksamaan 200 varausmaksun jonka lupasi paluttaa jos auto ei ole sellainen joksi hän sen kehui. Nähtyäni auton se ei kuitenkaan ollut lähellekkään se kuntoinen kuin piti ja vikoja oli yritetty peitellä.Varausmaksua hän ei kuitenkaan palauttanut ja lisäksi käyttäytyi tosi törkeästi! VAROKAA TÄTÄ HUIJARIA,älkääkä maksako etukäteen mitään ja ennen ostamista auto kannatta tarkistuttaa ammattilaisella.
