Great Hertz location. Paperwork and key handover as Hertz Gold member done in under one minute. Cars are always immaculate and status upgrades granted without questions. Car rental as it should be. I’ll return!

Nice airport, with quite good signs for tourists. Already under construction, what does not makes difference (huge advantage).
The car we rented was better than our own car.
In Helsinki there are alot of speed cameras. In case you violated the speed limit the police of Finland will not charge you if you are not finish but Hertz will charge you 31 just for passing your information to the police so it is better to hire a car from other car hire agencies who doesn't have that policy.
Easy to pick up and drop off cars. I’m from the US and was uncertain about renting and driving in Europe, but it’s no problem. Great service, I recommend.
It was hard to find this place in the airport, barely any signs pointing to car rental services. Once I did find it, they gave me my key, and explained on a map where I would be able to pick up my car with a parking lot number. I then had to carry my luggage through about a half a mile of snow to get to this parking lot and parking spot asking people along my route if I was going the right way until I found my car. Poor service. Car was great, brand new Volvo SUV that drive like a dream. They should either bring the car to you or have someone help you to it.
Super friendly girl at the counter, I got my car quickly. The only downside was that the cars system was in English. I did however get help from one if the Hertz guys in the garage but it added five minutes. All in all great.
