This branch so is Incompetent with staff acting all bossy, zero interest in customer satisfaction and problem solving. I lost my card and phone and needed to deactivate the card asap. Without money I had to walk an hour to the bank to get my account deactivated. This lady asked me to go back and book an appointment or walk to Helsinki to get my account deactivated for they only serve customers with appointments. A bit frustrated and trying to get more info on the situation, the lady called security on me to just leave the premises for I don’t have an appointment. What’s the point of banking with a bank that doesn’t value customer satisfaction. Walk from Tikkurila to Helsinki! Staff with no conscience and emotions. Robots!

Extremely terrible service organization. Waiting for half an hour for a credit card pick-up before getting an announcement that the card storage was closed.

Normal branch office with normal banking operations. Nothing very special.
Make sure you walk in the right door; the private and business customer areas are separate!
