You are very lucky to not wait atleast for 5min even if u are just picking up a package. Very small and crammed place. Easily becomes a line of people, if somebody has any kind of problem. These kinds of places should try to make themselves not the place to ask help from but just quick simple actions...

The staff is mostly nice but man they need to learn how to sort the mail correctly on the shelves. Sometimes it takes them a really long time to find the shipment in the backroom. And I've witnessed two different cases where they simply can't find the package for the customer and tell them to come back later. Hasn't happened to me yet, but my hopes aren't high. For me the location is ok by car but if I didn't have one, it would suck.
Super inconvenient location, for the 20min needed to get there, it would be faster to pick my parcels up at literally any railway station between the airport and the central railway station... I don't understand why they even opened this location, and why people can't choose a delivery location for international shipments. The service was fine though, but doesn't make up for the hassle.

Inadequate distance from any Myyrmäki point to the post office, hard to believe it’s even possible. Located in a gas station around empty areas with no train connection or shopping center nearby. It seems that the post location is not even in Myyrmäki “district” anymore which is absurd. Sincerely hope that it will be moved literally anywhere else- even merging it with Malminkartano or Kannelmäki post office (both by railway stations) would have been a much more convenient option for people.
