Brought the Model S there for a bit of service. When entering I was shown to the available customer agent who would handle my case. She was very welcoming and nice to talk to, handled everything very professionally. Sooner than planned, my car was ready to be picked up. All things were handled and car was back to a new condition, I couldn't be happier. Again the agent M.J. was handling me swiftly and made me feel welcome as a customer. All in all, the staff are working above and beyond for the car owners, even the capacity is at maximum and growing. We are very happy with how Tesla handled our requests, and really warmly recommend anybody to be a part of this growing family. Thank you Tesla Helsinki (and M.J!)

Great staff which will help answer all your questions, model 3 now available to view here, model X and model S also available to view. Test drives are available for around half an hour. Staff also speak English if you so wish. Had a blast taking the model S 100D for a test drive.

A mixed bag. Its run by 20 something guys it seems that know very little about cars in general, so lack the context to advise you properly. They know about Teslas though and the venue is clean etc. As the only Tesla store in North-East EU you cant avoid it really if you are interested in Tesla cars.
