Swimming hall with gym included. There are available swimming pools for children and adults. The gym has a wide variety of machines in very good conditions

Adequate gym for a modest price. 50 meter swimming pool, jumping towers 3, 5 and 10 meter. Trampolines/trapezes at 1 and 3 meters. Finnish national team trains in this facility. Wash-rooms for men and women with saunas (separate). One sauna for locals (considerably hotter), and one sauna for anyone (mild). Parking very close.

50m length pool. A kids pool. Gym. 2 saunas. Is not so crowded compared to other pools around Helsinki. Recommend.

Looks a lot better after its renovation. First time to revisit again. Now the changing rooms have totally new cabinets. Toilets, shower area, sauna rooms and the pool look neat. Though steam sauna could have replaced 3 of the saunas at the men's side. I still like the 50m swimming pool. I think the only one of such kind existing among indoor pools in Finland.

Full size pool (50 m) with six(ish?) lanes, kids pool and plenty of options for jumping (tower has 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 m options) plus a gym and renovated showers and saunas. Earlier before the renovation the hall was slightly on a cold side especially during winter, but not sure if this was improved or not - remains to be seen once the winter comes.
