Excellent place. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales people. Also very friendly. We went to lastentarvikke at first but they were simply ignorant and cold so we came out offended having waited there for half an hour without a single sales person caring about us and went to this place which is terrific. I’m glad it happened and we found this store.

Aika nihkeä asiakaspalvelu ja hidas verkkokauppaprosessi. Ostin verkkokaupasta varastossa olevalle potkupyörälle noutotilauksen perjantai iltapäivästä. Tilaus käsiteltiin vasta seuraavana tiistaina 10:30, jolloin sain noutovahvistuksen. Noutaessa henkilökunta oli tosi nihkeitä ja jäi fiilis että anteeksi kun häiritsin Liike näytti sisältä ihan kivalle, mutta kun asiakaspalveluhenkisyys puuttui täysin niin ei kiinnostanut jäädä kiertelemään. Liikkeen sisääntulo on sivupihalta ja parkkipaikkoja on hyvin rajoitetusti kun samassa kiinteistössä on useampia liikkeitä. Annetaan 3/5 tähteä kun sain kuitenkin mitä tilasin.
