What an extraordinary experience, possibly the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere in the world (I am a wine professional, I travel a lot). I kept being ignored by a \customer service\ assistant for about 20 minutes. After running after her around the almost empty shop (these people have no idea what busy means) for four times she refused to help me and walked away like she had fire on the back of her head saying that 1. She was \looking\ for another customer (tho she could not find her/him) 2. She was busy with \something else\ 3. When I saw her talking on her cellphone on the shop floor I have asked her if she could help me instead she literally turned around and ignored me and shoo me away with her arm 4 She then (I think) asked a colleague to go help me but when I have asked her a question she responded \I am looking after MY own customer\ Wow, I obviously left without buying anything but surely these women could not care less.
