Apartments and common areas are great. Bad side is that we have never received room we have reserved and paid even we have visitted here several times. They give similar and that is very confusing.

Since booking at this hotel I have had nothing but trouble with this hotel. The lady I speak to is extremely rude and Booking.com has not been helpful at all. I had to continuously chase them for updates and they're not willing to accomodate or be understanding on the travel restrictions imposed due to covid-19. It's been 12 days and I am still waiting for my refund and when I have called, I am told to wait but they can't tell me how long to wait for!!! And I am also told that I am being difficult!!

Lovely space, super comfortable. Sauna and swimming pool available. They were super nice and provided everything despise our arrival time being later than expected and also our call availability. The kitchen was broadly equipped, the living room filled with details to make our day superb. The only thing I would complain about is the wide of the bed, being a bit narrow in my opinion. As I said, everything else was super agréable!
