Beautiful trekking routes. Pretty quiet even though we went on saturday. Many fireplaces for common use.

Great place for hiking near Rovaniemi, Finland. I hired the Sauna Safari agency which is right in the city center.

Really nice place! Toilets and laavu to use. Beautiful river! Short routes for people with children. Walking platforms so you can manage with a stroller/buggy.

Easy tracks also suitable for families with small kids. Tracks are going through boreal forest, crossing rivers by bridges and passing along lakes. There are several possibilities to make a brake at shelters (laavu) with BBQ places, where you can make fire, from provided wood, and grill a sausage. There are also some viewing platform for an overview of the landscape from an elevated perspective.
