Terrible company. Ordered some nice looking polished, chrome-like steel knobs from their sleek web store. Got the parcel in the mail and all the knobs had large scratches in them, front and back. They were not usable, except maybe as a doorstopper. I emailed the company and complained. I would expect an apology, but instead they informed me that their knobs simply had such scratches and that there was nothing they could do. Despite looking nothing like the sleek web 3D illustrations. The implied response? \Deal with it\. I guess there's not much I *can* do, except recommend people to order their stuff elsewhere. Anywhere else. Than from A.S.Helsingö.
