Top quality service
I had given my car - Skoda Rapid for service on 23/10/2020. There was a minor noise from the bonet, I thought it is coming from AC/Fan. After service, I got the car back and the noise has increased a lot and it is not the same as earlier. When I called the service personnel they're saying they didn't check it and I have to book a new appointment again. Very expensive service.
Staff is not trained to deal the customers, big shop is nothing without good customer care, they don't wash the cars standing out side in the deep ️ snow, if you buy a car standing out side in deep snow, they don't wash it for you, and ask for more money . No value of Customer but for only...
