In June 2019 I ordered a new canopy for my boat, via one of Bella Boats authorized dealers. Finally It took them 9 months to deliver the wrong type of canopy, although I confirmed the type I need by E-Mail to the Dealer. After receiving a first positive feedback from the Sales Director, which made me hope to receive the correct type canopy in short term, I got quite quick back to reality and disillusioned by the feedback of the Aftersales. I would have to wait 3 months for the new canopy, a promise which turned into 9 months waiting initially... I finally decided to adopt the wrong canopy to my boat, which is surely not the perfect solution... Good luck to you.
