If I could do negative stars, I would. Not only did these low-lives take our money and send no items, they had an answering service in the US (which is now a disconnected number), that would continually put us off and say they were \leaving messages\. We filed a dispute with our card company, and these absolute pieces of garbage had the gaul to respond to the dispute (with a blank piece of paper), so the credit was reversed. I missed the reply window by 4 days, so we're out over 400 for nothing. FRAUDULENT SELLER!!!!!
